Gratitude Focus: Consistency In Health And Exercise

Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:

 Today I’m grateful for a couple of consistent days where I didn’t just get my walk in—but also made time for much-needed weightlifting. My doctor recently reminded me that building and maintaining muscle is essential as we age. These days I’ve focused on full-body workouts, rotating muscle groups, and getting that bench press in. It’s not easy, but I feel stronger and more grounded.
