Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:

 I am grateful for the sacred privilege of entering workplaces—and hearts.

Today, I had the privilege of spending time with the team at Beck Flavors, a company with roots dating back to 1904. I was invited to share my leadership journey, but the real gift was what I received from them. 

The room was full of stories—of hardship, transition, faith, and becoming.

We are all still unfolding. Still rising. Still becoming—especially through the hard parts.
