### ****Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:****

I am grateful for systems that support deep, meaningful work.

As I prepare for an upcoming leadership summit and board meetings, I’ve been reminded how grateful I am for my system of preparation—especially my rhythm of deep work.

This isn’t task management. This is soul-aligned strategy time. I’ve carved out nearly 12+ hours of intentional focus. It might sound intense, but it’s what the moment requires.

God honors preparation. And I’ve found that focus, when stewarded well, becomes impact.

# *****"Prepare your work outside; get everything ready for yourself in the field, and after that build your house."* — Proverbs 24:27****
