Gratitude Focus: Today, I’m Grateful For Clarity

Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:

I met with a leader in career transition who sought my counsel. As he spoke about wanting to make a bigger impact, I asked him what he’s best at. He said, “Curating talent, seeing the big picture, solving complex problems.” And in that moment, I could see it clearly—he’s built for executive leadership. I told him, “You sound like a CEO.” It didn’t take much—just listening carefully and noticing patterns. God gives us clarity when we slow down enough to pay attention.
