Gratitude Focus: Grateful For The Gift Of Delegation And Follow-through

Written by Orvin Kimbrough | June 02, 2026

Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:

I’m grateful for the ability to delegate—and for people who follow through.

As I anchor the start of this year with a 14-day content sequence tied to The First Move, I’m reminded that clarity creates capacity. The goal of this work isn’t promotion or hype. It’s positioning—ownership, clarity, and personal agency before change ever shows up.

Each day points to the same message. Each platform has its own voice. The approach is intentional: build trust first, invite second.

What I’ve learned is this—leadership isn’t doing everything. It’s being clear enough that others can move with confidence. When people execute with care and consistency, it creates space for the work to actually matter.

I’m grateful for teams who understand the assignment, honor the intention, and carry it forward with excellence.

“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”
