Gratitude Focus: Gratitude Focus: Today I’m Grateful For Strategic Clarity

Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:

Recently, I had a strategy session with my team, and I’m always grateful for the time to double-click into what really matters to move us forward. The time to slow up and project vision. The time to think about the practical steps it will take to achieve that vision. The time to show every leader how they matter — and how the people they are responsible for stewarding matter.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to model strategic leadership. I’m grateful for the chance to model servant leadership. And I’m especially thankful for the clarity God gives me to demonstrate how we should show up for each other as we steward the asset we’ve been entrusted with.

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”
— Proverbs 16:3

Where is God inviting you to slow down, gain clarity, and model the kind of leadership you want multiplied?
