  • No refund, credit, or chargeback will be issued for any reason

All sales are final.

Enrollment in The Thriver’s Path™, The First Move™, and any associated digital courses, memberships, subscriptions, or AI-powered services is non-refundable.

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Non-use of the Services
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Early cancellation of a subscription

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued.

10. SUBSCRIPTION TERM AND ACCESS RIGHTS

If you enroll in a fixed-term subscription (e.g., 12 months), you retain access through the end of that term, even if you cancel prior to renewal. Early cancellation prevents renewal but does not shorten or terminate your current access period.

We do not offer:

  • Subscription pauses or freezes
  • Prorated refunds
  • Partial credits
  • Mid-term cancellations that reduce payment obligations

By enrolling, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the full subscription amount and any applicable renewals unless canceled before the renewal date.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
